Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2025
At With Love, Ally, I take great pride in providing a professional and personal celebrant service.
I understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Deposit Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative time, communication, legal preparation, and securing your date exclusively.
2. Balance Payments
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your ceremony. If the full fee has been paid and you cancel more than 60 days before the ceremony, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within 60 days of the ceremony may forfeit the full fee, depending on work completed and notice given.
3. Rescheduling
If you reschedule with 31 days or more notice, there is no fee, provided I am available on the new date. If rescheduling occurs within 30 days, a fee may apply to cover lost time and rebooking efforts. If I am unavailable on the new date, the original booking is considered cancelled (see above).
4. Non-Attendance or Late Cancellation
If you fail to attend your ceremony or cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, no refund will be provided unless there are exceptional circumstances.
5. Refunds by With Love, Ally
If I need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
I will make every reasonable effort to organise a trusted replacement celebrant. If no suitable replacement can be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional situations will be considered case by case and treated with compassion and discretion.
7. How to Request a Refund
Please email withloveally@outlook.com with your name, ceremony date, and reason for the request. All refund requests must be made in writing.
