Terms & Conditions

Location: South East Queensland, Australia

By booking services with With Love, Ally, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and your celebrant.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the ceremony date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and acknowledged in writing.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the ceremony will not incur additional fees.
Cancellations within 60 days may incur the full fee, depending on the notice period and work already undertaken.
Rescheduling is possible with at least 31 days’ notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if changes are made within 31 days.
If the new date is unavailable, the original booking is treated as a cancellation.

3. Legal Requirements

As an Authorised Marriage Celebrant under the Marriage Act 1961 (Cth), I will ensure all legal obligations are met, including lodgement of required documents.
Your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be submitted at least one month before the ceremony and provide original identification and documents. You must provide all true and correct details for this to be submitted.
Failure to meet legal requirements may prevent the marriage from being legally solemnised.

4. Ceremony Planning & Rehearsals

A planning meeting is included to personalise your ceremony.
Rehearsals can be arranged if required and are subject to availability. Additional travel or time costs will apply.
Drafts will be provided for review. Final versions must be approved no later than 7 days prior to the ceremony.

5. Travel & Additional Fees

Travel within a 50km radius of the Lockyer Valley is included.
Travel outside this area will incur an additional fee, which will be quoted in advance.
Accommodation and/or flights will be required for remote or destination ceremonies.

6. Force Majeure / Emergencies

In the unlikely event I am unable to perform your ceremony due to illness, accident, or unforeseen circumstances, I will:
- Make every reasonable effort to arrange a trusted, qualified replacement celebrant.
- Provide a full refund if no suitable replacement can be found.

7. Copyright & Use of Content

All ceremony scripts, resources, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of With Love, Ally, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Testimonials, images, or videos may be used for marketing (with your permission only). We will always ask before sharing anything personal.

8. Limitation of Liability

With Love, Ally is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or delays outside of our control, including weather disruptions, venue issues, or third-party service failures.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled with care and in line with our Privacy Policy. It will only be used to deliver your ceremony and manage your booking.
